5 Natural Methods to Promote Sleep & Restfulness

We all want to sleep better and feel rested in the morning. However, some people are more easily disturbed by their bed time routine than others. You may have just had a bad day at work and you’re too stressed or tired to fall asleep. Or maybe you have bad habits that keep you from falling asleep. Whatever the reason, there are many natural ways to promote sleeping well at night.

Sleep is one of the most important and basic things that we all need. Have you ever woken up in the middle of the night and were not sure what to do? You can use all sorts of tricks – from melatonin, to warm milk…but some tricks are more effective than others. The following can be implemented individually or used all at once for maximum effectiveness.

1. Meditation

In addition, milk has properties that help relax muscles, while honey provides your body with an energy boost to keep you energized and well-rested throughout the day. Make sure to drink this mixture at least an hour before going to bed for maximum benefit.

4. Ashwagandha
